Following previous talks on the subject BCS have once again requested a talk on the future of AI and project management. They have invited Greyfly CEO – Lloyd J. Skinner to speak about this hot topic. How can AI be applied to project management? What are the potential benefits of this approach? What direction is the market taking regarding project tools based on AI?
PMI researches from 2012 to 2018 have consistently showed the project failure rate has fluctuated but never reduced significantly. What is the root cause of that? Is an alternative approach to project management necessary to push down the rates of project failure? In fact, there is a growing momentum of application of computer-based automation tools to support project delivery and potentially address these challenges.
